چکیده

Aim: To evaluate and compare the instrumentation time, obturation quality of obturation, clinical radiological success pulpectomized teethfollowing root canal preparation primary molars with rotary manual file system. Methods: A total 150 requiring pulpectomy were selected from children aged four to seven years. These teeth divided into three groups 50 each. In Groups 1, 2, 3, cleaning shaping carried out Kedo-S pediatric rotaryfiles, HERO Shaper files, NiTi K-files, respectively. Obturation was zinc oxide eugenol cement an engine-driven Lentulo spiral. The times recorded. radiographic assessment thequality filling immediately after obturation. Finally, clinically radiographically evaluated over a two-year period. Results: mean for 3 14.56 ± 2.89 min, 17.93 3.51 29.00 2.08 8.11 1.7 7.93 1.3 9.64 17.61 difference in not statistically significant instrumented pediatricand systems (p = 0.16). Instrumentation Time Efficiency of Rotary and Hand Instrumentation Performed on Vital and Necrotic Human Primary Teeth: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Aim: To compare the instrumentation time efficiency of rotary and hand instrumentation performed on necrotic human primary teeth. Methodology: Patients aged 4-7 years were enrolled, forty five teeth (19 maxillary and 26 mandibular teeth), which had a total of 102 canals and completely formed apices and of minimum 10 mm root length were selected. Of the 45 treated primary molars, 31 teeth were d...

Clinical evaluation of root canal obturation methods in primary teeth.

PURPOSE This study evaluated in vivo 2 different obturation techniques (lentulo spiral mounted in a slow-speed handpiece and hand-held) in primary teeth. METHODS The study was carried out on 24 children (mean age = 6.71 years) who had received 50 single-visit zinc oxide and eugenol (ZOE) pulpectomies in primary molars. The root canal filling materials were deposited into the canals either by ...
